Eligibility Requirements
This scholarship is presented to a woman entering her junior or senior year in a medical field. The scholarship is only available to a female who has been an Indiana resident for at least 1 year prior to date of application with preference given to an Indiana resident attending an Indiana college or university
Application Process
Each scholarship application must be filled out in its entirety or it will NOT be accepted. Each application:
Consists of two (2) pages.
Must contain recommendation letters (preferably typed).
Must contain the appropriate essay.
Must include a copy of your latest transcript.
