Circle City Classic Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a High School Senior or an Undergraduate Student
Must be an Indiana Resident
Must have demonstrated academic success with minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Must enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, community, or junior college or vocational/technical program in the fall of 2019
Must demonstrate financial need and/or must be a first generation college student (first to enroll in post-secondary education institution in your immediate family)
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident in possession of a valid Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form I-551, commonly known as a "Green Card")
Must complete a scholarship application
May not be a family member of the IBE Board of Directors or staff - which includes children, siblings, parents, uncles, aunts, first cousins, grandparents, nieces, and nephews.
Must not be placed on academic probation by the university to receive the second disbursement of the annual scholarship award.
